As some of you will notice, this thread now merges 2 issues that originated with Patch 34.0.2 – one concerning the Core-only free Ladder Ready Decks being claimed, and one about new Ladder Ready Decks that were purchased but not delivered.
We have reviewed all reports in this thread, and we can confirm that a number of players were able to see new Ladder Ready Decks before the patch 34.0.2 was fully deployed. This wasn’t intended.
Claiming one of the free decks with Core Cards correctly doesn’t grant anything but it opened the option to purchase other Ladder Ready Decks. As none of these actions were intended, the decks couldn’t be delivered.
What we’ll be doing:
As we individuated and addressed the root cause of the issue (and we are confident it won’t happen again), we’re now working on a heal-up to address the cases reported in this thread.
As the fix required is rather complex, and we want to make this right, we’re targeting December 8th for this rollout, to allow us time to perform internal tests.
We will share more details in this thread closer to the deployment date.
