Can’t wait for the bug/cheat reports of “I killed my opponent, their hero exploded but they were still alive and I lost because of that”

Can’t wait for the bug/cheat reports of “I killed my opponent, their hero exploded but they were still alive and I lost because of that”

wouldnt be surprised
after all this time since its release whizbang still gets those reports from people who didnt read
I’ll need to stock up on popcorn for the inevitable my opponents are hacking cheater posts this card will generate.
Time to run brewmaster again so you can do it 3 times ![]()
In before otk enjoyers drown in their own tears.
It’s crazy to think that everything everyone hated in Priest went to DK and no one complains about it, even though what DK is doing with the stuff Priest was doing is 10x better.
Big Priest got massive hate. Rez Priest got massive hate. “I hate killing the same minion over and over and over” and yet now DK will get HERO rez.
Turned Priest into an aggro machine and just moved all of Priest’s annoying archetypes to DK and somehow everyone is cool with that.
My move from Priest to DK as a main has never been more confirmed as the right move as it is right now with this card. Everything I’ve ever wanted to do in Priest I can do in DK…and it all comes with the added benefit of not having people complain about it all the time.
If you’re a Priest player who doesn’t love the aggro archetype and wants that old school Priest vibes, there’s no better time than now to make that final switch over to DK. You will be so much happier that you did.
I’m seeing multiple nerfs for this, first it’ll change to once per game, then a cost increase
why ?
it doesnt grant you inmune
Is that the only way for you to feel good about yourself?
Sad.
Truly? Could it be that you have asked everyone for their opinions? Or is it your not-so-subtle way of calling anyone who differs a no-one? ![]()
See also, for example (can’t find another older post where I explained it, I think… ah, no matter):
With that said, to another matter…
Turned Priest into an aggro machine
Speaking of which — I kinda feel for Priest players who’d want to do their ‘traditional’ stuff (‘control’, ‘annoying’, whatever), but have got their class identity taken away from them like that.
If you’re a Priest player who doesn’t love the aggro archetype and wants that old school Priest vibes
Yes, exactly these people.
Is that the only way for you to feel good about yourself?
Sad.
What’s sad is your view of the world and the fact that this is what makes you happy.
When did I ever say I was happy about people reporting daily that shudderblock is bugged just because they can’t read a card ?
I guess some people don’t understand sour laugh.

Sometimes people’s actions speak louder than any words, and thus, to your question, my answer: you ‘said’ it every time with replies to topics like that and comments like the first post here (the only way to feel so-o-o smart and good about yourself, eh?), which you seem to do more regularly than some people attend their jobs. Don’t you like it, then, if you keep doing it anyway? Or do you like suffering? Or should I assume that it is your job after all? Pity you for your bitter work, then?
I’d inquire whether they pay for it in packs or rune$tone$, but honestly… makes no difference to me. ![]()
Oh, and about Priest stuff moving to DK…
Wasn’t Bwonsamdi a Priest loa, and Talanji (whether a card or a hero) a priestess?

Didn’t think about it then, but yes, DK is literally getting the Priest’s stuff.
Yes, and this is what I was talking about. I’ve always said my favorite deck has been Bwonsamdi with Spirit of the Dead and I managed to make it a working deck back in the day.
Bwonsamdi moving to DK is just another sign.
Look at all the new Priest cards now. It’s all Paladin type stuff. Buffing your hand? Drawing a minion and buffing your minions in hand? (that was an old Paladin card). Diving shields? The classes are all shifting.
PSSSHH! My concede button defeats this easily and saves time as this is a for sure roper deck.
It’s almost like every time they change Dev lead the Hearthstone class identity changes with them.

Lemme underline this one more time: not just archetypes — actual characters are moving, too.

Yeah, noticed that, too.
It’s probably just the design team running out of ideas. Slow progression of moving one class over to another one and let them bleed into each other.
It sort of makes sense from a money grabbing standpoint.
If you have a player who loves to play Control Priest and they have spent money on cards to play that style, you could just move Control over to another class, move Control out of the Priest shell and now you have a player who has to spend more money/resources to continue playing what they like playing but in another class.
This doesn’t affect me, personally, since I have most cards. But people like Mallenroh and other friends I have only play 1-2 classes for specific things. Take away those things in that class and give it to another class and then transform their class into something they don’t like, you end up creating a “pay to continue playing what you like or leave” style of game design.
It’s just becoming more and more apparent with each expansion.
DK is the new Priest.
Priest is starting to seem like the new Paladin.
Warrior transforming into Druid.
At this point, I’m just waiting for the Rogue reveal to show them getting armor and healing.
Rogue doesn’t really have to change though, they can already get cards from other classes.
Part of the big appeal for Rogue isn’t burgle though. The big reason most people play Rogue, especially those at higher levels, is the ability to do APM builds or mana cheating combo builds that require fast play with more than normal thought behind it.
If they just stopped doing that for Rogue and started doing it for something like Druid, we’d see the shift in the player base at higher levels moving over to Druid to do those things.
I’m hoping they don’t do that though, but we’ve already seen a few classes shift pretty heavily into other classes already.
But this is what the class purist want. They want their class to transform into another class rather than just playing that other class that has the card pool to play the kind of deck they like. They instead want their class to get that card pool so they can remain clasist.
