They got cheap mana cost cards that boost their armor to +20 in the first 3-4 turns or they can use Igneous Lavagorger to sometimes gaining +100 armor.
And if you say use Platebreaker this is not the case they can build up again +100 armor over and over again.

They are totally OP.
And I am not even talking about Deepminer Brann.
The chances of pulling ceaseless with lava Gorge are abysmally low like one in 50 games I’ve seen that will happen, maybe. I’ve also been warrior main for like eight years and what you’re describing is not really close to being the problem you think it is. Every armor card is a slot in the deck that could have been an actual win con. Armor is not a wincon (outside of one deck, odyn. Which is almost never played). It’s a means to win later, and Warrior still has pretty bad card draw overall. If you can’t out damage a warriors armor your deck needs more damage, or it’s just a bad matchup (you’re probably running rather weak aggro) Most warriors are not difficult to beat. Generally they are often the least difficult to beat in my experience in wild at least. Admittedly warrior has gotten a bit better lately, but that has never been due to armor.

Defensive tactics are never the problem. Its designed to beat burn decks.
They always lose to midrange
You just need to put more damage in deck. Maybe a minion that gets reshuffled into the deck and you will win. Its just a matter of time.
He has a point tho all you warrior mains turning a blind eye acting like you dont eat 12 damage with your armor by turn 3 is crazy, but i think a slight nerf in the armor would be good, I like to play agro decks and last time I played a warrior I did around 22 dmg to face by turn 5 and he was at 29 health.
