My main blizzard account apparently no longer exist

2 days ago I tried logging into battle net and the log in for my email address wasn’t working. I had to do some sort of password reset or account reset, I don’t know but i received a verification code on mobile. Today I tried to log in again and now the email address supposed to be associated with the account says that there is no battle net account under this email address. I would would hate to lose my collection as well as a fair chunk of overwatch skins. I tried going through the contact support system however that lead to dead ends as I needed to type my address in and blizzard didn’t recognise the email. If anyone knows what is going on or how to fix it it would be greatly appreciated.
