My gold disappeared from my account

I was in my first game in DoD while experiencing lag and overall bad performance. I did not care and assumed it to be because of the jam packed servers, until the opponent played galacrond which froze my game and forced me to do a restart. When I returned I not only had to watch as my face was pummeled but also my 800 gold that I was saving for wild packs disappeared. I only want the gold back and would be thankful for your hast.

Your gold balance is 830 so this may just be a client display error. I would recommend trying to log out of the game and Battle.net desktop app then back. If the issue continues try clearing the game’s settings.

I am experiencing this issue too. I had about 700 gold and now I have zero.

Hey, Christswolf! I’m seeing that the account here does have 790 gold. Have you tried the steps recommended by Zuvykree? Try double checking the account and region are correct as well. If so, could you contact our Customer Support team to take a look at the account?
