Multiple Critical Bugs Affecting Arena and Mega Bundle Rewar

Hello Hearthstone Team,

I am reporting three critical issues that have significantly impacted my gameplay experience:

  1. Arena Infinite Turn Bug: During an Arena match, my game froze, preventing me from playing any cards. My opponent could act normally, but the turn timer never triggered, effectively giving them infinite turns while I remained stuck.
  2. Arena Disconnect Issue: On 03/30/2025 at approximately 12:10 PM, I was disconnected from an Arena match despite having a stable internet connection. Since then, I have been unable to log back into my account, suggesting a potential server-side issue. Losing an Arena run due to this is extremely frustrating.
  3. Mega Bundle Issue: When I created my account, I received 5 Mega Bundles, which I assumed contained only cards from the current expansion set. I waited until after the Standard rotation to open them, expecting to receive cards from the new rotation. However, I received cards from the previous expansions that had already rotated out, making them useless in Standard.

These issues have severely impacted my ability to progress in the game. I would appreciate an investigation into these problems and any possible resolution. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Did the bundle contain specific cards, or did it contain card packs?

If it contained card packs, were they packs from a specific expansion, or were they Standard packs?

Mega bundles are not a thing you receive in the game, so I assume you are talking about catch-up packs.
Catch-up packs are explicitely disclosed as granting cards from a set and limited list of expansions
Those expansions going into wild will not modify the content of your currently held packs
Just as holding a pack from Titans will not transform it into a pack from Emerald Dream when Titans goes to wild

Thank you for your response. I now understand why I didn’t receive the expected cards. After reading more about the topic, I’ve realized that those packs contain cards from specific expansions. Info

However, the Arena issues had a significant impact on my progression, which is why I decided to stop playing.
