Can you guys please look into the game constantly disconnecting whenever minions attack (in regular game modes)? I have a samsung S26+. This is near unplayable as there’s some bug that disconnects you when you attack. I know it must be frustrating figuring out why since it doesn’t always disconnect - but i would put it at 50/50 for getting you disconnected. And it appears to occur more frequently as the game progresses. Early on it almost never happens, late game its almost every attack.
Please help! This is a brand new phone with a brand new hearthstone installation.
Are you using Wi-Fi or mobile data? Have you tried switching between the two to see if the disconnections continue? It would help to know whether this happens on both connection types.
I’ve tried both. Occurs regardless of which I’m connected to. I played right next to my router and it made no difference, connection was strong both across the wifi and 5g.
Since it happens on both Wi-Fi and 5G, it doesn’t look like a connection issue. Blizzard did acknowledge a similar problem with the S26 Ultra and suggested setting the frame rate to Low:
The S26+ isn’t the same model, so I can’t say whether it’s related. Have you tried lowering the frame rate? If that doesn’t help, I’d put the details in Bug Report, including the Android version, One UI version, Hearthstone version, and which modes it happens in:
That’s a different phone, so it would help to know whether the symptoms are exactly the same. Which Android version and One UI version are you using? Also, does lowering the framerate to Low make any difference?
The issue linked above was specific to the Galaxy S26 Ultra, so it doesn’t confirm the Z Fold 8 is affected by the same thing. If it continues, please add those details to Bug Report:
Yes i tried lowering the frame rate to low, doesn’t really help much. I’ve noticed over time its not even just in combat when it lags out, it lags out even sometimes when queing up to a game where the ui just becomes unresponsive (except for tapping the cancel match button). I get lagged out even in battlegrounds when interacting with stuff.
My one UI version is 8.5.
Blizzard said they were working on this fix but its been half a year and they still don’t care enough to resolve it. Very dissappointing.
Having the same issue on my Z Fold 8, Low Framerate does fix it for a little while, then it goes back to the same issue… on One UI 9, no matter if it’s on data or wi-fi… Blizzard really needs to do something about it.
