Even though I dealt 4 damage, it only summoned 2 elementals.
Molten Blast dealt 2 damage. The Mo’arg Artificer dealt the other 2 damage.

you can tell there is a difference because even with artficer out the text on the card doesnt change unlike when you play spell damage minions

You only dealt 2 damage. Mo’arg Artificier’s effect just makes minions take double damage. Therefore it might seem like you dealt 4 damage but in actuality you only dealt 2. It just happens that through that aura effect minions take double damage. But the baseline damage is still just 2, not 4. Therefore just 2 elementals are summoned.
