The hero portrait Mal’ganis, available through purchase of “Mal’ganis Bundle” in the in-game store, is missing features.
The bundle text states: “Mal’ganis Hero Skin includes an animated portrait, new hero power animations, new visual effects, and all new voicelines.” Both the hero power animations as well as the visual effects.
