Hello, I purchased the mega package (pre-order sale): The Great Dark Beyond on October 11th, 2024 with the order number: 819506394. The expansion was released this tuesday at 7 p.m. cet in Europe. Unfortunately, I discovered that I did not receive all of the purchased content in the game. For example, I’m missing the random gold legendary card and the signature card . Please check my request and let me know when I can expect it. Thanks for help.

Heh, wouldn’t be surprised if a bot from the ‘support’ sent the guy here in the first place.
Bureaucrats, wannabes, layabouts from so-called ‘support’ in general and other similar parasites like to play this game — they call it ‘football’, that is, kicking a customer back and forth. Apparently, they find it amusing and feel so good about themselves and so significant while doing it.
Sometimes I think those ‘working’ in so-called ‘support’ (even if it’s only bots, someone must have set them up) deserve to have all their emergency calls re-routed to that very ‘support’ for life.
