After going through the returning player process it took a while for my collection to load.
It took a couple restarts for the majority of cards to load in my classic collection.
It seems like it is done loading but I have not been returned all cards yet.
Missing many legendaries like deathwing, gruul, ysera, baron geddon
and random other cards like mindblast, lay on hands, northshire clerics
and many more
They also don’t seem to be in my wild collection

Deathwing, Gruul and others are now in the wild Legacy set. Look it, and them, up in the Hearthstone wiki.
