Hi, I had a problem claiming my free ranked deck. I chose the Mage deck, but the cards aren’t appearing in my collection. After claiming the deck, when I tried to access Hearthstone, I was returned to the deck selection screen, with no way to exit, so I couldn’t play. I could play today, but the cards aren’t in my collection yet.

Try to dismiss the popup window.
I had the same problem. I chose the Warlock Quest. I can play now, but the cards are not in my collection.

Nekem is ez a problémám én is tudok játszani már de a Mage-t vállasztottam és én sem kaptam meg a paklit
Köszi de nekem is ez a problémám hogy az ingyenes pakli közül én a mage.t választottam és én sem kaptam meg a kártyákat . igaz játszani már tudok de én is szeretném azt a paklit ha már mindenkinek járt főleg ezek után
