I have completed the tutorial BEFORE patch release and have a message notification that 3 golden portraits are available, yet I can’t equip them…

Have you completed the tutorial after the release of the patch? It was a thanks to those who were already playing Mercenaries.
I guess the question is relevant…but op literally states:
If he completed them post patch, they wouldn’t have shown up, per the notes. However, if they gave him the rewards anyway, they should let him keep them, as that’s on the company, not the players. Especially considering how much their bugs have kept people from getting rewards they should have earned, from events, quests, etc in mercstone.
I assume he was referring to the “mercenaries mailbox” and there probably everyone got the message with the new portraits.
What exactly do you mean with “can’t equip”?
