Read my story, immagine get the account hacked after you reinstall the game on your PC or Mobile phone (I use both) because you think the problem of freeze turn in mercenaries is a bug of your device, so you reinstall it and when you go to login you see “you’re mail is not connected to any account please create one”, so you can’t play, after 1 week of ticket the support help you, recover your acccount, you have all your progress… and you can’t play mercenaries because is disabled… 
I am experiencing a bug in the mercenary mode, every time i start a new run of any type i get the error: “error during the loading of the game! wait and try again later”. I am now unable to play the game anymore

I opened a ticket and they responded by telling me to reinstall the game, check the internet, I believe they want to end this mode because almost no one plays it anymore
confirmed for me as well, completely unplayable sadly.
In the Mercenaries mode, a message appears at the start of the battle: An error occurred at the start of the match. Please try again in a few minutes.
Haven’t tested it yet, though.
