In Hearthstone, is Mayor Noggenfogger (All targets choosen randomly) suppose to be able to redirect the attacks of Deathwing, Mad Aspect (Battlecry: Attack ALL other minions.)? I just had my Deathwing attack my opponent as part of his battlecry due to the Mayor and the Mayor lived. This resulted in me attacking my opponent with my hero and was directly responsible for my win. If this is correct, would Deathwing (Battlecry: Destroy all other minions and discard your hand) randomly destroy your opponent sometimes?
Yes. Because attacks are a targeted action, and Noggenfogger randomizes all targeted actions.
No. Because destroying all minions is not a targeted action, and Noggenfogger randomizes only targeted actions.
(And emotes, but that’s more of a fun easter egg and has no effect on gameplay)
