It creates an environment where certain classes are seen as “underdog heroes” and other classes are “overpowered villians” and the player gets a huge rush of excitement when their underdog deck wins without abusing mana cheating against the villian who was abusing it.
On the flip side, the villian gets a rush of excitement when they do something blatantly broken.
blatantly broken needs to be flushed.
Rogue has traditionally been one of the worst offenders, and has plenty of mana cheat such as prep each turn with scabbs.
Warrior also has plenty of mana cheat, that’s how control Warrior worked especially the one they attempted a otk combo.
Paladin has insane mana cheat in libram Paladin.
DH has insane mana cheat with out cast mechanics and need for greed, etc.
Quest hunter is essentially trying to mana cheat out as many hero power procs in as short a time as possible.
Your premise is simply wrong. Mana cheating is a problem, but only in the sense that it diminishes the value of stats on the board. This is because mana roughly used to correlate to how many stats were on board at anyone time, but now is almost completely meaningless.
Libram paladin doesnt exist in standard anymore, and dh mana cheating isnt really cheating because it takes long time to set up, and quest hunter isnt mana cheating either because you either cast spells or play minions, and warrior has no mana cheating at all
The Galvangar otk combo is very much considered mana cheating, otherwise you couldn’t play all those combo pieces for 10 mana. Does it cheat everything out by turn 5? No, but it still breaks the constraints of what is possible for a normal turn. Pirate warrior quest cheats mana at times as well. They get way more value in the early game then you’d expect from a tribal midrange deck, and the value from the Juggernaut as early as turn 6 is insane as well.
Honestly control Paladin can cheat a pretty decent amount of mana. Like 2-4 on Cariel and Garden’s Grace is like 5ish mana cheaper than it should be as a holy payoff. The class just cheats it for very specific things that it’s supposedly good at.
Most of the new cheat cards are like that.
Bad design is bad design. We should not need to suffer because the dev team thinks mobile players want quick games.

Exact definition of current druid ramp which i suspect this thread is about … yet complained , mana cheating is mana cheating and most class have it , they just dont have ramp and mana cheating !

Rogue can play any spell they want for 4 mana;
Hunter can summon beasts from the deck (i am trying to make a proper deck)
Paladin cheats stats, it isn’t unusual to play handbuffed minions with a lot of stats for their cost.
Mana cheat isn’t necessarily ramping
Yeah except rogue has 0 good spells to make the card good lol ( deathrattle rogue is trash )
and paladin has literally one spell that is considered as a mana cheat atm and it doesnt fit into mech pala
Every class you have listed either currently still has access to mana cheating capabilities or had it at a certain point, for example, we had Big Paladin and Big Shaman in the past, Hunter currently has a beast big archetype where you can cheat out minions. Even Demon Hunter had a deck where you could cheat out big guys. And Rogue is literally the king of cheating mana.
Just because some classes can do certain things better at certain points, it doesn’t mean they are getting preferential treatment or something.
Equal opportunity vs equal outcome.
Everybody has opportunity to mana cheat, including stuff like minion buffs (pally, druid)
One could even argue that worst comes to worst you can try to build a deck around neutral mana cheats.
But that doesn’t mean every mana cheat will have the same outcome or performance.
exactly the new paladin draw 5 should reduce the cost of mechs in your hand based on the number of mechs you draw, lets do this!

Well, you missed some things…
DH has questline, has new outcast card, sigil and 4/3, has 6/7 taunt possibly for free and fellscreamer, which manacheats the next demon and the giant for free.
Rogue has Octobot, which reduces his full hand and has weapon, which manacheats spells and prep and shadowstep and scabbs and new 4 cost card which reduces next spell to 0 and gnoll and SI7 to destroy minion for 0.
Shaman has elemental to manacheat shamans and weapon for battlecries, new spell, which heals and manacheats and new legendary which manacheats nature spells.
Hunter has weapon to manacheat beasts and has 4/3 rush which manacheats next beast and has minion to manacheat all secrets for 0 and spell as well which draws and reduces secrets and manacheats his hero power.
Paladin has cariel and new spell +5/+5 for free and 3/1 which manacheats (and draws) spell and had huge manacheat in librams for 2 years.
Every class has some kind of manacheat, if you look for it.
I think that freeze should be for all classes, why only Shaman and Mage have it…

You see the patern? Each class has something, that other classes are missing. Some classes have manacheating, but dont have boardclears. Some have burst damage and more aggresive line, but no way to gain life…
