Dust just exist to make pack opening less frustrating and not to you actually get stuff you want.
Giving you the stuff you want is only the way and not the main goal.
Feels contradictory but you being able to dust things make people able to buy pack for stuff they want.
How?
You just buy enough packs for your dust return be able to craft what you want.
It’s a feature made 100% towards paying customers and that is why they will never make people getting dust to be a normal thing.
