Does anyone know if today’s patch alleviates this problem?
Well the new patch must’ve fixed something because after almost 3 weeks I was finally able to log-in. However, it did still take me about 30 minutes of attempts before it actually logged me in though, but I still got in nonetheless. I stepped away from my computer for too long and it kicked me for inactivity and now the Battle.net app won’t connect to the internet. If it ain’t one thing, it’s another. Will update again if I can log in a second time.
So i’ve been following this situtation for a few weeks which is really sad considering this should be an easy thing to fix. the tricks have mostly worked for me as well as a little bit of persistence at the open screen. The part that is really starting to piss me off is the new update dropped and not only did the problem not get fixed, I cant even do a match if i manage to get into the damn game because of a NEW bug! Blizzard has the balls to sit there and charge 70$ for the pre-order when this has been a problem for weeks. I can promise that if it isnt fixed or if it is and there isnt a reward for being this patient then alot of the playerbase is going to stop playing this game. I love this game, I love TCG’s and this is Magic for when im not around anyone who plays with me, but Blizzard is being too greedy for me to keep playing this dumpsterfire
Can someone please help me. I haven’t played in about 6 months and installed last week. Cant get in on the PC, gives me that connection error thing. I tried resetting game settings, I changed regions, reinstalled, updated graphics drivers. I have no idea what to do, I try at least 5 times a day to log in. My PC is fine and I’ve played hearthstone on it for at least a year before this, I installed on my Samsung Note 9 and It works kind of, but still after very match or second match I need to restart the app.
I fee frustrated and angry. And I really just want to play. Please help me.
Sorry just to note when I change to Americas it works fine. When I want to play on Europe where I am and where my card collection is it wont let me in.
No man, it didn’t for me. I was happy to see it updating but still did the same afterwards. And I reinstalled last night after the patch as well with no luck.
this bug is again happening after the patch… please look into it again… can’t even reach the main screen right now

Keeps going to the store to update. Updates then get same message.
