I have the same problem, failed to reload the cards, and cant enter the game
I have the same problem for the past 2 days. Cant enter the game. Please fix this issue asap and compensate all the players accordingly!

Mine only just now started showing me this message, It’s been fine the past 3 days but it just died maybe 20mins ago now, also people saying that they should be compensated…For what exactly? Issues happen grow up and do something other than play Hearthstone for a little bit jeez

I am having the same problem, just as i enter the main menu i get disconnected and the text saying “we just ran into a network problem as we were loading up all the cards in your collection” appears. Please help

Same here, still not working.
Has happened a couple of times over the last days. Today have been unable to connect to the Americas server for more than 10 hours already, both on MacOS and iOS. I can connect to Europe (where I don’t have any cards).
Screen has a “HS:CT;NetCacheCardValues=1” string at the top right. Error message alternates between loading collection problem and “game timed out requesting data”.

Hi! Having this problem on and off. Would really prefer a permanent solution.
Found a fix for me, Just switched between all of the regions started up the game then went back to my original(Europe) and it seemed to work fine

I have this problem as well. On top of this I also have huge ms issues in World of Warcraft, which all came recently pressumably as a result of updates on nearby ISP nodes (to be compatible with upcoming 5G transmission).
Fixed my issue. i have a deck tracker but wasn’t using it and it needed an update. once i updated it the game works.

still happening. if you can leave the whats new blurb from deleting up or the quest page up until the innkeeper welcomes you, you can get in fine. however with the ranked pop up it immediately puts you to network error. seems like its trying to load everything at once and screwing up. has to be something in the last patch.
