Serial disconnecting with the 19.4.1 patch on PC.
I’ve been having the same problem for about 6 months now. I’ll start a game and it will say disconnected from game and then it will resume and it will do that several times until it finally disconnects me for good and I end up losing a ranked game for no reason and I don’t get the credit for the quest. I have been through three phones and right now I have one of the nicest gaming phones on the planet a Nubia red magic 5S I’ve also tried it on an Asus Zen phone 5 and a Moto g 5th edition. it has happened on all phones I’ve been through two service providers for my internet and it is still happening this is definitely on blizzard side and it’s starting to piss me off as much money as I’ve put into this game I can’t even play a game without getting disconnected I just tried to play three games tonight and got disconnected from all three of them.

Lets go ahead and grab a winMTR so we can further investigate the problem. Here are the instructions:
- Download the tool from this page
- Enter the game IP into the “host” field. The IP address for our games are listed on the winMTR instructions page
- Start the test and play the affected game for at least 15 minutes. Ensure the problem happens while the winMTR tool is running.
- After recording the problem data, click “export text” and save the winMTR file in an easy to find location.
- Once you have that made, open the file. You’ll need to copy and paste the contents of the Text document into the post, and put four Tilde (~) marks above the winMTR. It’ll look like this:

Thanks for providing the tools so that we can give you the data about Hearthstone. Unfortunately, the method proposed is working only for Windows. Is there another option to give you the data for (iOS) mobile user?

I’ve been experiencing packet drops and disconnects as well. I’ve tested my connection on other devices on the same network while playing Hearthstone on my PC. No other devices dropped from the network when I did on my PC. My PC is also hardwired directly to the network - gigabit speeds via Wave.
