Frustration is immense, it is not fair, been with this game for 10 years, no respect, gold gone, issue not solved, no refund…support replied as if it was only my problem advising restart the game and clean the cache…disgusting

Wouldve been aksing too much i guess.
I mean writing a short message like: “Sorry guys, we know the issue and are working on it, everyone who spend money/gold on stuff will be refunded as soon as we fixed the issue” seems obviously entirely impossible for them. But god forbid i write an anry text, iam banned within minutes.

I bought two sand tickets and I got a purchase error, and they haven’t refunded me the gold (300 gold) nor have I received the tickets.
The support said they were aware of the issue and are looking in to it or something to that effect. Guess we’ll have to wait a bit longer.

Bought two tickets 9/27, failed to make purchase. Gold was taken. I still have no tickets or gold refund. Anyone know what to do about this?

I think I’m out about 1800 ish gold (submitted a ticket 3 days ago finally got a response linking me to this update today) hopefully they figure out a way to get everyone the gold back or what we purchased quickly.
