• [Shop] We’ve identified and resolved a recent issue affecting gold purchases for players in the US. Transactions should now be processing normally. We are reviewing the impact on affected players and will share an update soon regarding next steps for those who may have lost gold during this time. Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
• • [Update - October 6] We’ve reimbursed missing gold to players that were affected by this bug (it was active from September 26 to September 28).
