As you can see in the end of the replay (link below) Coldarra Drake should cost 1, because Luna’s Galaxy was played. Also Lorekeeper Polkelt (second of first, idk) did wrong sorting.

Luna’s Pocket Galaxy only affects cards currently in deck. You drew Coldarra Drake, played Pocket Galaxy, then put the drake back into the deck with Finley.
Lorekeeper Polkeit will sort the deck based on the current cost of cards, so after Pocket Galaxy, all of your minions that had their cost reduced to 1 will be placed on the bottom of the deck.

Why would you expect Luna’s Galaxy to affect a card in your hand?
