Lorekeeper Polkelt battle cry not triggering

In this ranked match on turn 4 I play my Lorekeeper Polkelt then the next turn I draw a 2 mana despite having a 7 mana DInotamer Brann in my deck. I was still able to win the match, but this bug nearly cost me a game. Is there something that would cause the battlecry to not activate or was it just bugged?

Your opponent shuffled your deck, after polkelt. If a card is shuffled in the deck ( a bomb in this case ) the whole deck is shuffled.
