They’re annoying, stop making them. We get that you can’t make a deck that has a strategy more complex than “spam taunt minions and repeatedly use lifesteal spells”.
It’s just an easy bullcrap deck that counters most other decks. They sit there for 5 turns doing nothing because all their cards are 5+, then they spam lifesteal and you run out of ways to damage them because they just keep healing over and over and over and over.
What deck are you even talking about? There isn’t a single deck in standard that does this. There’s not even enough taunts and lifesteal cards to do this in standard. And if there was, the deck sounds horribly bad.
And if you’re talking about wild, it’s probably the worst wild deck of all time.
There are plenty of random lifesteal cards and minions to nearly fill an entire deck with nothing but lifesteal spells and minions. Obviously it’s a concept if I just played someone with it.
Lifesteal is overused in this game, imo.
Particularly where Warlock is concerned.
The Lock HP is supposed to give draw at a price.
That isn’t really the case anymore.
Not a single class in standard has more than 3 lifesteal spells. The rest filled with junk taunt minions because the classes that have lifesteal don’t have many taunts either.
You’re describing the worst deck one could possibly make yet you claim it has almost no counters.
You didn’t even tell us wild or standard or class.
Standard. Also you would be wrong. I never said exclusively spells doing lifesteal. I said minions and spells. You could get close to 20 cards that all have lifesteal. As I said before, you can almost make an entire deck comprised of lifesteal. There a handful of cards that grant certain card types lifesteal. There is also the ability to copy cards and keep repeating them. Sure don’t know a lot for someone who claims to.
So you played against a DK that played barely anything early on and then mid game took control of the match and used Lifesteal to restore the health they lost early in the game? That’s called a DK control deck and it’s how the deck operates. You either have to beat them quickly with aggro or play a better long game then their deck. If you are playing anything else like tempo/mid you are going to probably lose because their deck is designed to dominate those types of decks.
It’s not that their entire deck was Lifesteal but they saved key cards for key moments in order to maximize their healing potential and take advantage of your deck. Also, Lifesteal is one of DK’s class strengths so going into a match against a DK you need to realize this is going to happen. If anything it’s been tamed down since DK’s release. They used to buff their life pool up much higher than they do in the game now.
