I’m getting the exact same cards from a mulligan. It could be random, but i doubt we have the same idea of “random”.
I think i’m getting fed those losses, which is understandable with MMR stuff. But… The MMR should be somewhat “stable” by now. It would mean to avoid crushing defeats. It’s almost like it fixes MMR, instead of using it for a fair opponent. Which defeats the point of a MMR.
I’m playing Death Knight now, it’s called “Resistence is futile”. 3x frost. I setup a draft, play it once or twice then start fixing it. I kinna like it. To play the deck i made.
It shouldn’t be all about winning and losing, i’m bitter now…

Actually most misunderstand what randomness is and they have your idea of randomness. Randomness is not to have 50% chance of something and the coin flip going heads-tails-heads-tails-heads-tails. True randomness is heads-heads-heads-heads-tails-heads-tails-tails-tails and so on and in general it does not subscribe to short term expectation but only in the long term expectation.
The fact Hearthstone’s randomness can be annoying is a testament that it’s not rigged much.
What they probably do is to change the MMR too abruptly after a short win/loss/ streak.
You are getting the second copy of the card you have in your deck, because I don’t think mulligan is allowed to give you the same cards

Actually we mean the same thing on the topic, almost. What i mean is random in Hearthstone is not 50/50. And that the dices are loaded.
Whatever algorithm Blizzard is having, doesn’t feed me an enjoyable experience. And my money is not going on a game i hate. If they’re trying to push a product, it would help if it was enjoyable.
(Insert whining here).
I should clarify, this is just an impression. My understanding of MMR is it moves a lot when you win against a strong opponent, or if you lose to a weak opponent. This is what i mean by crushing defeats. After a while, the MMR should settle to something fair. But i still get those extreme games. That leads me to believe there is more to this. I don’t know what.
Players on these forums mentioned there is a chance one needs to put money on the game for it to work normally. This is a just an impression… But it can’t be working as intended.

It’s not an impression if you spend some money and your luck improves…Also if most of the people are saying the same, then it’s definitely not an impression
