It’s amazing how, without exception, the ‘just for you’ offers are stuff I wouldn’t even want if they were free (which they are not). I never, ever, play battlegrounds. Yet all stuff ‘just for me’ is battleground stuff.
This ‘just for you’ label really is extremely silly.
I just looked at my shop and I don’t have a section with that label. 
And now the view from the other side of the coin! Imagine if you were an active consumer of the battlegrounds shop but every time you opened the just for you tab it almost always offered the same 4-8 skins until you succumbed to peer pressure and got one of the cycling skins and then AND ONLY THEN did it feel like the shop offered something new.
