So I don’t play standard because I have all the cards.
But the last time I played standard because I had to just like now with this mini event I kept getting noob bots to kill. I don’t know how high I climbed, but not too far.
So today is 9/25 and I’m bronze 10 and rarely play standard and while yes I’m using a make on the fly deck it can’t be so bad that I have literally lost every match tonight. And I didn’t just play 1 or 2 matches.
Like I feel every one of my opponents would be on a par with at least a gold ranked opponent.
So what gives? Like good lord I’m not trying to win and climb, but to lose every match badly is becoming annoying AF.
Is this the worst standard season ever?
The worst I’ve experienced was early Badlands, when everyone and their mom were playing obscenely expensive and slow Reno decks; it was especially brutal against my flimsy paladins (especially when they were Warriors (and there were a LOT of warriors)); albeit I may be a bit biased since I was a beginner without other cards to play.
This meta I would call BORING; the mage is beaten by fast decks so it has warped the whole meta around it to be VERY fast even if itself isn’t very high win rate; I win with fast decks too but they bore me (frankly I just stopped playing for ranking this month after I played my trusty fast paladin for a couple of hours).

Feels like a good summary. I painted the sides of my screen red.
It makes the cards move faster.
For a game that isn’t supposed to have charge, sticky charging minions are the way to go.
It’s a bit of a head scratcher at times. For a game that switched from charge to rush - i’ve been killed a lot by charging minions that just appear on the board and hit me with very little counterplay on my part.
Game is fine… (https://ibb.co/pRBPGw5)
, every match ends in turn 3 … Don’t let any dumbass tell you that you don’t have choices…By turn 3 after mulligan you have a lot of them.

I’ve done most of the current event in casual with garbage decks
