Playing DK and if my opponent has max cards in their hand and the pulled card that gets burned is a plague it doesn’t do any damage or trigger its effect if it has one.
This seems wrong and seems like it is not working as intended…
Working as intended, and the fact you didn’t put this under Bug Report tells me you also know this.
I actually didn’t and I don’t know why Hearthstone players are such jerks…

I was asking if it was a bug or intended – why would I do a bug report for something that is not a bug? This why I was asking the community.

As was said above this is intended.
Plagues have an “when drawn” effect. If the hand is full then you can’t draw cards because your hand is full. The effect on the screen shows a card which is drawn but actually the card on top of the deck is flipped over, shown to the player and then burned.
PS: Don’t get affected by some of the players here. The forum is full of cynical people.

The categories with the most posts go first, so it goes Multiplayer Discussion, Bug Report, Community Discussion etc.
Elaborate on this more please? Ive looked into the available options I can find and there isnt a way to change how the home screen appears. I must be missing something somewhere if you can change it.
It’s when you make a thread not in general how the Categories show.
When you choose the category for your to-be-created thread it’s numerical.
Therefore you need to glance over Bug Report to get to Community Discussion.
