It’s not showing the names of opponents and showing my RealID on my character instead of my screen name.
The free pack isn’t working, too.
I guess the update sucks?

Hello my friend, my game is very good, no problems, im from EUW
Implying anyone wants to keep playing the game right now anyway. I wouldn’t even notice since hearthstone is the last thing on my mind.

I switched to EU and it’s showing my screen name correctly, but everyone is still “Your Opponent” instead of their actual name.

The same thing happened to me, it showed my info, and also my first two bgs games are being virtually all bots with generic names like silentstorm, sneaky turtle and frosty feet…
The funny thing is that it’s in duos and it feels really weird.
I gave up in both games at the begining, still at zero ranking i think i’ll do some experiments with the ally bots.
It seems that it is just a desynchronization of the nicknames because I trolled one of my allies hard and although he never gave up, his reactions seemed real.

There is a bug with opponents names not showing up. The free pack should work though. Try closing out the game then opening it again. Worked for me. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if that is also bugged. One time I didn’t get a diamond legendary because of a bug and hearthstone never fixed it even though the patch notes said they did.

Playing in WEU, on U.S. servers. Same “Your oppendent” for me too.
I am still experiencing the same issues as yesterday.
Yea, you need to switch off RealID in settings but all of my opponents are Your Opponent!

I turned it off yesterday, and it went away yesterday, but when I logged back in today it had returned.
Are the people this is happening to playing on PC? Because I haven’t had this happen and I only play on mobile
I am on pc, yes.
I have not checked mobile, though.
On Mobile it’s all “Your Opponent” for me. And I don’t know how to switch to that anonymous mode so my personal information isn’t being exposed.

There was a blue post which said the information is not being displayed for your opponents, just on your screen.
Basically they only see “your opponent” the same as you do.
