This is the latest, supposedly-crash-disabled, version of HS on an iPad Air running 12.2.
Had “Watch and Learn” quest and my viewee lost several games. When he won one, the game crashed right after the quest reward appeared.
Logged back in and was able to watch other wins without issue.
