I start playing again after a few years, create an account, and try the arena. I immediately encounter accounts with names like “kjasbdfoiab.” I don’t know what kind of strange accounts these are, but they were incredibly strong. Has Blizzard’s incompetence and silence come to this? Not only do I encounter strange, possibly super hacker accounts, but why am I matched in my first game with these accounts with perfect decks? Have you developers at least obtained a professional certificate? Are you self-taught?

Its best not to insult the team if you really want an answer from them. Scam has nothing to do with other players creating randomize name this is allow I see this too for many but they use name changer. Try looking up the word “scam” in a dictornary then look it up in a legal meaning online just by searching with “What is a scam in a legal feild?” this will provide you in depth of information if this is too confusing for you ask your parents.
