Imbue Mage in Wild is some of the most toxic crap

It’s not as toxic as Shudderwock locking you out of the game but good god. I hate this crap.

Agreed, It’s really poor game design.

maybe you should try winning before turn 8

The game has 10 cost cards for a reason… If you MUST win before turn 8, then the game is broken. It has cards that are not supposed to ever be used.

if you were talking about standard, i would understand

but you are basically saying that the aggro decks that win on turn 4 are better for the game than a deck that wins on turn 8

unless you agree with me that all decks that win before turn 10 in wild is bad for the game

you have to understand that balancing wild is almost impossible

There has never been a 50+ damage combo from a single hero power in the history of wild. It’s a stupidly broken deck that needs to be banned for that reason alone.

Huh? Where and who said that?

(searches for “aggro” or other related words in this thread)

Did somebody delete a post or something cuz the only person I see who mentioned aggro or winning that fast (e.g “before turn 8”) was you.

uh the dk priest hp had 40+ dmg comboes in the past, same goes for hunter with their questline can easily deal 50+

i brought it up
you tell me that the mage imbue deck is worse than the turn 4 kill aggro decks, go ahead and say it

tell me the mage imbue deck is worse than those decks

or do they need to be nerfed too?

Imbue mage is a hundred times more broken than any aggro deck in the wild meta. No hero power combo should cause over a hundred damage. It’s flat out broken.

The idea that because ten cost cards exist, then games must go to at least turn 10 is pretty ridiculous.

Aggro is a valid way to play card games.

Especially since some 10 cost cards, are “10 cost” cards, meaning you cheat them out for cheap.

I don’t know why you want me to tell you anything, seeing as I was just asking you who you were arguing with. I just wanted to understand what’s going on.

Ok, so you were arguing with yourself. Understood. Thank you.

There it is, the dumbest thing i have ever read on the forums

they would rather die on turn 4 to aggro decks, but if they die on turn 8 its over powered, what crazy times to be living in

Crazy would be thinking a hero power doing 8+ damage and pinging twice per enemy is acceptable gameplay. So if there were 6 minions on board that would be 112 damage from a broken hero power combined with a single 4 mana minion.

Yeah definitely not broken. But lets keep crying about aggro decks that counter imbue mage.

you cannot do nothing all game then complain that after doing nothing the opponent beats you

So basically what you are saying is play aggro or else more broken deck will kill you without trying and that is completely fair.

I can’t wait until that broken bs gets nerfed into the ground and you make a thread talking about how you are leaving do to your favorite deck being canceled.

my favorite deck is questline paladin, i dont even like playing imbue mage

Imagine defending a deck that has a 75% win rate. That’s actually stupid. No deck should have a 75% win rate over the span of 1500 games played.

Even for wild standards that’s completely broken.

i dont need to imagine it, im doing it

i feel the aggro decks that win turn 3 and 4 are broken and shouldnt be in the game
