I'm not receiving what I have paid for

I have bought 3 separate items from the shop. One was a 19.99 gem/currency stuff, 2nd was a 4.99 of the same stuff to see if it was just a bug. And 3rd was the 19.99 tavern pass. It says I own all 3 and can’t repurchase them. I checked my bank account and all three were charged. So now I’m out of $50 dollars of stuff I have paid for and haven’t received it. This has been a few days now. Please fix this look at my account please. I’m on mobile as well if that helps. I either need it fixed or my money refunded please.
