Ignite and outcast glide interaction

Situation:
Mage (me) vs. Demon hunter (opponent)

The card ‘Ignite’ was stacked up multiple times, after casting it throughout the game and inserting it again in my deck. The damage I was dealing now with each ‘Ignite’ was around 6-7.

However, after my opponent used the outcast version of ‘Glide’, forcing my hand to be shuffled in my deck and drawing four new cards, I noticed that ‘Ignite’ was no longer buffed?! This meant I had to buff up the version again (thus starting at 2 damage, instead of continuing my damage at around 6-7).

Surely this can’t be intended?

Cards retain enchantments when moving forward (Deck → Hand → Board).

Going backwards (for example, board to hand, board to deck, dead to board) does not keep enchantments, unless specifically stated on the card.
