You were given examples in this very thread and this one may apply to your case:
But with your level of intelligence I wouldn´t hold my breath that you would understand and I bet you will continue with your smirky wannabe funny comments like that I quoted. But if you like making fool from yourself, well, more power to you!
While it is true that once you paid once you’re not F2P anymore.
The necessity of the classification between players is obvious since the amounts of money paid are very different.
This really feels like polítics with the most extremist side trying to detach itself from the center.
If you don’t pay for the entire thing, you’re only semi apparently.
Thus, every single player that has ever paid money, no matter how much, is only semi p2p because you didn’t pay for cards that were gifted to you or got for free from packs.
Exactly. Some people fail to understand that language is supposed to make communication easier.
Imagine telling someone you’re now a semi-professional football player and they start arguing “Uhm… what? How can you be a professional and not a professional in the same time?”
But hey, the same people have no problem with accepting that players who spend a little bit of money are minnows and people who spend more money - but not so much that they become whales - are dolphins.
I guess I must be some sort of extremist for using basic, everyday language, but it’s totally fine if people become sea animals based on how much money they spend.
Replying to the question of how you play a game with I’m a dolphin! is much more instinctively understandable than saying I’m playing it semi-free-to-play.
Who doesn’t remember the countless occasions in everyday life where people just say they’re doing something dolphin-level instead of just calling it semi or partially
The mental gymnastics people employ to validate their view points are is astonishing lol.
I never used a penny on Hearthsone but i have have done so in other online card games, as soon as i used a cent on those games it was over /finished/finito, i was no longer free to play i dont understand how that isnt obvious.
If people are so attached to the FTP “bragging rights” maybe dont spend money???
Nah lets dable in hypocrisy and have it both ways yikes.
This is why I replied to you reiterating what you said. The dude really is. I’ve never seen someone on these forums in denial as much as this guy is.
It’s like owning season passes to your favorite football team, they are trash so you don’t go, and then claim you only semi-support them because you aren’t going to their games and purchasing merchandise and food at the stadium.
The very second you spend money on them, you support them. You can’t semi-support lol
You’re not seeing it. The issue isn’t truly that HS is P2W. That is the smokescreen used by players that don’t want to pay to play with the cards, and the decks they comprise, they want. Let’s be honest.
Says a lot since we’ve had everything from Flat Earthers to “I built a deck that makes it so you never face a Paladin ever again” people on here in the last 10 years. Crazy bar to get over, but this dude did it.
