Having the issue as well. I just reinstalled the game on PC windows 10, made sure my account country was up to date, shop still CLOSED and I cant spend my Tavern passes on the progression. It has being doing it for months, once in a while it become available…

I got the same problem. Also tried unisntalling and installing again but it didn’t work. Mine is in desktop version.

Does the in-game Shop permanently locked if we packs are purchased using the browser instead?
