I created a blizzard account at the start of May this year. I cant see the knights of the frozen throne quest in single player mode whereas my friends can and got a free legendary for completing the prologue.
Also i cant unlock Arthas skin because it requires me to beat the Lich King.
Why is this happening?
When the new Standard rotation happened every bit of solo content that wasn’t based in a standard set disappeared for people who haven’t done them once.
It wasn’t supposed to happen and that content will be back for everyone once they fix the problem
So is blizzard gonna fix it?

Well… you can actually access it for free though you have to “pruchase it”. Go to blizzard site and look at wild sets. You can purchase it for free
