I am stuck on tavern doors with the Hearthstone logo, and emblem flashing.
I can play it in other region (America) but not in my region Europe where my collection is. This is be going on for weeks now…

Try to eat less.
And NO i have not tried <3 button

the issue been ongoing for like 2 weeks…still not fix…take like 10-15 attempts to successfully get in

Edit: relaunch 2 get different error code XD…HS:CT;NetCacheCardValues=1

Edit 2:relaunch 10…error code—> HS:NT304:303:0

OK SOLUTION I FOUND BY BLIZZARD WORKED FINE ON ME

Windows

  1. Make sure your system meets the [minimum system requirements]
  2. Ensure you have your [Blizzard account set up] including name, country of residence and a security question.
  3. Delete the Hearthstone option files.
  4. Press Windows Key + R to open the Run diaglogue
  5. Type %LocalAppData% into the Run field and click OK
  6. Open the Blizzard folder.
    * If there is no Blizzard folder, ensure to [show hidden files and folders]
  7. Delete the Hearthstone folder.
