Everytime i time i start Hearthstone on my pc the game shows a white screen and stops responding
Hey there!
Lets be sure to disable any deck trackers or similar software that may try to interact with the game. This also includes Overlays like Discord and Twitch which can be disabled in their respective settings menus.
Keeping the operating system and drivers updated should also help!
If there’s still a problem after that lets go ahead and grab a DxDiag so we can further investigate the problem. Here are the instructions:
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type DxDiag and press Enter.
- In the DxDiag window, click Save All Information.
- Name the file “dxdiag” and click Save
- Once you have that made, open the file. You’ll need to copy and paste the contents of the Text document into the post, and put four Tilde (~) marks above the DXDiag. It’ll look like this:

I have same issue but on mobile, tried restarting, reinstalling pls help
