Hello, iPhone 11 Pro Max, latest iOS (has happened on previous versions also).
After most Hearthstone updates, I have to reinstall the entire app to play. The download from the app store works fine, but I get stuck at a treasure chest showing 0/0kb remaining, watching the marquee scroll through messages while nothing happens. I have had to reinstall the game probably 4-5 times at this point. I am not sure why this happens. Help please…
