I worked what felt like was very hard to complete the Hallow’s End event, and at the very end I rerolled a quest. I got “Tricked”, dropping the quest value from 75 to 50. Unfortunately, this means I wont be able to finish the event as I needed just under 150 points to finish it. I can show a screenshot if need be.
This event felt awful all around, but for it to end like this as a casual player unable to finish it feels horrible. Please change the model on these. Your cute little “Trick or Treat” has really sucked for me, and despite being a die hard fan since day one I may quit outright.

Why did you reroll? A reroll won’t get you 150 so if you have two quests and need 150 you should never reroll because the base ones are always 75.
Where in the game client was this explained? I’m just trying to say this Trick Or Treat system felt absolutely awful.
I don’t know how much available time you have but fyi you gain xp by just playing so you still have time to complete the event
If you can idle the game in parallel of something else it’s maybe even possible that you can use the old Mercenaries xp farm strat, run a PvE mercenaries bounty, wait 30 minutes and concede (not playing while waiting used to still give xp in mercenaries while it doesn’t in other modes, I don’t know if it’s still the case or if it awards event xp)

I started to respond with something similar to what Derkan said, but I decided to play one Standard game to see how much event XP it gave without completing any quests, and I got 31 Xp from a single match.
So this should mean that you just have to play one ranked match to make up for the loss of re-rolling that quest. You still have 16 hours to complete the event.

Just grind that missing XP, you get event XP for playing matches too. I have rerolled the dailiy many times too but still managed to finish the event already.

It’s not, but if you only needed 2 quests you shouldn’t have rerolled. I found it on the wiki. Were you able to grind the remaining XP?
