Both modes display that msg for me too and are locked out as well. Only Battlegrounds is available.

also getting this problem for nearly a week now. this last weekend was a long weekend in canada and i work 361 days a year. This was my ONE weekend off and I wanted to play hearthstone arena during it. Can you PLEASE fix this bug already? Are we going to get compensation in the form of card packs?

I h a d this problem, y o u need to go to practice, t h e n beat the demon hunter with whatever class you want. That will fix the bug. I submitted tickets to four d i f f e r e n t GMs who were u s e l e s s and couldn’t help me.
