If I recall correctly, it took a couple of weeks for the Choose Your Champion pack rewards to show up, so don’t expect to get them soon.
I did get my packs (2 per day) from watching the event on Twitch super fast. I would claim the packs, then immediately login to HS, and the packs were immediately rewarded. Perfection!
