Game still crashing all the time

GAME IS CONTANTLY CRAHING. Just completely shuts down. No error message nothing. And it will happen randomly all the time. Sometimes multiple times during at match and it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO frustrating.

And why it make is to frustrating is the fact that this season came out April 29th… We are now May 10th and this is still happening.

Why can’t you guys fix this?

Is this happening only to certain accounts? Because I was at my sisters today and while I was on my account it crashed numerous times.

It’s not fun when the game crashes in the middle of your turn… than for it to log in and you end up missing a turn or don’t have a chance to buy anything from the shop.

Is this a result of hackers messing up your algorithm that it’s making the game unstable for legit players?

Honestly, you guys have had really bad issues with game stability with new seasons in the past but this time around its worse than it has ever been.

Same for me here, in the middle of a fight the screen freezes, the animations stop, and I have to restart Hearthstone if I want to finish my game, and this happens several times per game. I’ve tried everything, I reinstalled Hearthstone, reset my PC to factory settings, did all possible updates, my internet connection is 2Gbps, and I don’t have this kind of problem with any other game."

I just had the same issue happen to me… just started a new game and all of a sudden it starts lagging really bad. next thing you know everything freezes up completely and have to reboot my PC. This has been an issue since the new update… i’m ready to move on to a new game soon! Fix this Blizzard!!!

Came here to say this is a major problem for me. I’m trying to get back into HS after taking a bit of a break and I can’t play through a single match without the game suddenly freezing or outright shutting itself down.
