Quit out of the game and I didn’t receive my stars in ranked. I saw a post in 2014 that seemed to be the same. This is very annoying and hopefully it gets fixed. Happened while opponent conceded.

This just happened to me as well. Once again Blizzard slow to fix from November to now.
Saaaame here! Since the last update I’m not receiving my stars in ranked and I started to play duels, I losted like 3 more ranges…
This happened to me twice this week. Both cases were after the opponent conceded. Basically causes me to lose the games I already won because there is no way out other than quitting the game. Very frustrating.
First time it happened during my turn, when the opponent conceded while my Lock and Load spell was active.
Second time the opponent conceded during his turn before playing any cards.
Happened to me too, increasingly more often after the new United In Stormwind patch, just annoying to lose about 1/5 stars I win due to shoddy and unoptmized client
