Game disconnecting in Battlegrounds

I have had my game disconnect while playing battle grounds and ranked games on multiple occasions yesterday and today. I have also had cards hanging on the screen. It’s primarily the dragon that doubles in strength (cant remember name). Game wont reconnect immediately. I have to shut down and then go back in before I return to the game and it takes about 90 seconds.

Hey there,

Lets go ahead and grab a winMTR so we can further investigate the problem. Here are the instructions:

  1. Download the tool from this page
  2. Enter the game IP into the “host” field. The IP address for our games are listed on the winMTR instructions page
  3. Start the test and play the affected game for at least 15 minutes. Ensure the problem happens while the winMTR tool is running.
  4. After recording the problem data, click “export text” and save the winMTR file in an easy to find location.
  5. Once you have that made, open the file. You’ll need to copy and paste the contents of the Text document into the post, and put four Tilde (~) marks above the winMTR. It’ll look like this:

I have the same disconnect problem, every 20 minutes on Mac, since the Battleground patch…is there a problem with that addition ?

If you need more direct one on one help, we recommend submitting a ticket instead. Without diagnostics to find the problem, we can’t do a whole ton to help other than suggest basic self help steps.

This happens to me as well. I seriously thought someone at blizzard was messing with me. Happened on my iMac and fire HD tablet.
My location settings are disabled, so that “fix” doesn’t apply to me. Wish I liked other games cause this has been bs for a couple years now
