The information gathered so far hasn’t led us to a trend that we can diagnose, nor are we seeing alerts of issues on our end. This has made this a bit difficult to diagnose and track effectively, but we know this error occurs due to mostly connection issues. It’s much more beneficial for us to address these situations individually and help you directly, while we continue to gather information to track individual region, ISP, or peering issues. So far, we aren’t seeing that with the reports on this thread. We will need to treat these cases individually and look into the connection issues separately that is causing this issue.
If you are experiencing the “Game completed and recorded” message, please try the suggestions on this post. There have been a few reports where an alternative connection or while not supported, a VPN will workaround the issue. This is not a permanent resolution, but can help continue your adventures in Hearthstone in the mean time.
If the suggestions do not help with the issue, please contact our support team or create your own thread so that we can troubleshoot with you individually and gather these reports to look for a trending issue or multiple different issues to address this more effectively.
