Still not working in Feb of 2021. Tested on my Galaxy Tab S7+ with the latest One UI 3.1 update. It’s annoying to see that Apple Pencil works flawlessly and the S Pen is ignored and then people complain Android tablets are not worth it. Fix this Blizzard.

Same thing on my s21 ultra with the s pen. Are you still working on it or did you just give up?

I just bought a fold3 and an s pen thinking it would be pretty good for playing the game and Im seeing there is this issue for more than 1 year, huge bummer since the S pen would be amazing to control the game…
I suppose no one has found a workaround, right?

interesting update on this issue
seems that in 21.6 they have completely disabled s-pen input and now the game ignores all the touch input from s-pen, at least on my note 10+

same happened to me on the fold 3, they just outright disabled it, pretty sad because that’s the only app I’m not able to use my pen and I really want to since that’s the app I most use there.

a dia de hoy sigue igual , el s pen no funciona , como es posible que antes funcionara y ahora no? como es posible que si sabeis desde cuando a ocurrido este error que fue despues de una actualizacion no lo hayais solucionado a dia de hoy , amaba jugar hearstone desde el movil o desde la tablet con el sPen pero ahora es muy incomodo, nose quien jugaria con los dedos por que aveces seleccionas sin querer ka carta que no quieres por que no ves la pantalla solo ves tu dedo , es muy importante jugar con Spen sobre todo en pantallas mas o menos pequeñas por que no se ve nada con el dedo por medio , ojala haya una solucion , tengo ganas de volver a jugar , por que para jugar mal y incomodo no juego la verdad. si hay alguna solucion aunque no sea oficial por favor decidla

Hard to fathom this was acknowledged as a bug. A year ago I was told pens aren’t supported.
My pen used to be able to long press to right click. It can’t anymore. No telling if they’ll ever do anything about it.
Post a new thread about it. There’s no point in reviving an old thread endlessly that Blizzard has already ducked out on. They have specific notes in the stickies about posting your own thread with your own issue rather than necroing.
Bought an s pen just to play hearthstone with on my fold 3. This appears to be the only app blocking the damn thing. It’s incredibly frustrating that s pens used to work in prior updates and then the functionality was removed.
I’d rather a non perfect s pen experience than literally nothing and zero response from blizzard on this issue. This is very frustrating and there is zero reason that slay the spire works flawlessly and the biggest card game seemingly can’t manage to fix the issue in a timely manner. Embarrassing.

Hey, you mentioned it may be some time before this bug is fixed, but given it’s been well over 2 years, I’m no computer engineer, but I feel like that would be ample time to fix something, especially if it used to work before.
I understand that other bug fixes that affect general gameplay for the broader audience of this game would take priority, but same as above, I’d think that in over 2 years this issue could be squeezed in on someones to-do list. It doesn’t seem like anything is being done. I could be wrong, but that’s only because we’ve read nothing to the contrary.
In short, it sucks. It really does. Please, can you (or one of your colleagues) try to initiate a response from the tech team?

Update? my touch screen broke so I guess I can’t play this game anymore because only the s-pen works. Your company is full of perverts an you should feel bad that you are incompetent!

every time a new patch hit I’d done the same quick check and always it was the same dissapointment, but yesterday, when the patch installed my surprise was immeasurable when I managed to normally scroll through the menus and drag the cards and whatnot, amazing 
I guess they finally made all the upgrades to their engine that allowed them to fix it OR Google changed something in android on their side that allowed them to fix this (there were some other games like Gwent and LoR that had the same problem btw, but I cba to check if it’s fixed in those too now)
