Please start now to reduce randomness in this game at least in a zear, othwerwise i think this game is doomed!

The game with even less randomness wouldn’t be what you want either. By nature, there is some randomness with the cards you draw every turn.
As a matter of fact the game used to be more random. You are perhaps complaining about the random variance, in that some options/outcomes are way better than others.

No! Now you have random on random on random. Everything is random, now just drawing card. Almost every effect is now random with random cost with random dmg value…
Makes it harder to counter directly. If everyone knows what exact card is in a deck already the only thing that can change odds up is RNG of the draw. So they have RNG of random summon/discoveries to mix that up even more so. I personally like it myself, yes it can be frustrating at times but that is the nature of a RNG style TCG game. It is a game of odds and how you capitalize on what you have in the moment to work with to win over those odds.
Where is skill in that? Or we just spin the wheel and see who wins? And i would be less frustrated if this is the real probability. But they somehow made it that too often you have crayz comebacks and sick random. Its bad when someone works hard for win and then is beaten by 1 random card with random effects.
If you want a more skill based game this probably is not the best choice TCG at the moment to be fair.
Not atm, but it was before, and i hope it will be. For random game i play Battlegrounds.
i like it how we have it now
we can make low rng decks like aggro paladin and we can run random decks like announce darkness or dsicover mage too

I know you like it, you are paid to like it. I am more interested in players who play the game, not who are paid by Blizzard to like it!
IF you do not want to hear other peoples opinions don’t make public posts on a public forum where not everyone is going to think and feel about the game like you do. Then when they say they like it, you attack them saying they are a paid blizzard shill. Get a grip.
